The Process is simple... We dehydrate fresh bread, then grind it when it reaches the correct moisture content. Then we package it to your needs. The artisan breads we use are made with simple ingredients such as unbleached flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (minimal sugar used), salt.
What does Artisan Bread mean? short and simple. Artisan Breads are usually breads without extra ingredients added to extend the shelf life or modify its texture. An example of an extra ingredient would be some type of dough conditioner.
